About this connection

Overview

Salesforce holds the commercial view of every Eagle customer: the account, the signed service contract, and the people on it. It is the only connection Eagle writes to, and only through an automation action a person takes.

How it works

Accounts, contracts, and contacts are read every 30 minutes and reconciled to the canonical Customer dimension. Contract fields read out of the signed agreement in SharePoint are compared against what Salesforce holds, and the difference is queued for review. Approved values are pushed back to Account and Contract with the value before the push retained.
