Overview
SharePoint is where executed customer agreements live. Eagle indexes the library, reads the contract fields out of each document, and keeps a citation back to the clause every value came from.
How it works
Microsoft Graph syncs the library incrementally. Each document is classified by role, master agreement, amendment, order form, or rate schedule, and the newest signed document wins when two disagree. Extraction runs against the approved contract schema and every value keeps its original wording.
